And they’re off. Bath Racecourse to launch new season to businesses

Bath Racecourse is inviting businesses to the launch of its 2013 brochure ahead of its season opening race night.

Representatives from Bath businesses will get together at the racecourse on March 12 to sample some dishes from its new menu and watch the excitement of the Cheltenham National Hunt Festival on TV.

The new brochure includes prices, details and booking information for all Bath Racecourse’s hospitality and venue hire offerings this year at its 20 racing fixtures from April to October.

These include luxurious private and VIP hospitality packages which can be tailored with features such as fine dining, corporate branding and prime views of the finishing line.

In addition, conferencing, celebrations, parties and events can also be booked at the course.

Racecourse general manager Katie Stephens said: “We’re confident our course can offer an event that’s perfect for all racegoers – from families with children to corporate visitors with VIP hospitality needs. We’re really looking forward to the coming season and hope our brochure will get people excited about the thrill of the races.”

Over the past year Bath Racecourse, which is owned by ARC Racing and Leisure Group, the UK’s largest racecourse group, welcomed more than 80,000 visitors with Ladies’ Day and the annual Real Ale and Jazz Racenight among the highlights.

Admission prices start from £10 when booked in advance on standard events (Monday- Friday afternoons).

For more information about corporate hospitality, conferencing and venue hire, or to book your space at Tuesday’s event contact the racecourse on 01225 424609 or visit www.bath-racecourse.co.uk
