Sports stars Heather Fell, Peter Stringer and Guy Mercer have helped Bath change management consultancy Nine Feet Tall move into its new office.

Olympic silver medal-winning modern pentathlete Heather, Irish rugby international Peter and Bath Rugby flanker Guy were on hand to cut the ribbon to officially launch the new office, the result of rapid growth at the management consultancy.

New business over the past year has meant Nine Feet Tall quickly outgrew its office in Queen Square and has now relocated to larger premises within the same building to accommodate its expanding team of consultants.

Esther McMorris, founder and managing director of the firm, which works with local and national blue-chip businesses, said: “A fantastic growth rate of 90% last year dictated our recruitment drive for more talented professionals and we recruited an additional 12 consultants to manage our new clients; hence our requirement for further space.

“This is a very exciting period of growth for Nine Feet Tall and we are delighted to be in the enviable position of requiring larger office space for our team.

“Queen Square is a fantastic central location close to Bath’s excellent amenities and main transport links enabling us to easily reach our regional and national client base. We are looking forward to enjoying new spacious offices and to filling these with many more consultants over the course of this year.”

The firm has expertise in business transformation and experience in delivering complex change projects and programmes across a wide range of industries and sectors. Its consultants work with a diverse range of clients including some of the UK’s largest organisations, educational institutions, the not-for-profit sector and SMEs.
