Bath creatives win branding contract for Bristol’s Enterprise Zone

TheAgency, the Bath-based creative business, has been appointed .to handle the brand and marketing roll-out of Bristol’s Enterprise Zone, the largest regeneration scheme in the city for decades.

According to TheAgency’s partner Saman Mansourpour, the brief is “to draw up brand that encapsulates Bristol’s enterprising culture and showcases its commitment to business now and in the future”.

He added: “The success of the Bristol economy has always been down to its people, and the people who reside here now continue to shape a commercial success story that spans the globe. We’re proud to be part of it.”

The Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone is on a 70-hectare site around Bristol Temple Meads station.

The aim is to attract major investment into the area over the next 25 years with 4,000-plus jobs created over the next five years.

It will be promoted on an international stage by Bristol City Council, which appointed TheAgency, and the West of England Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).

It will also revolutionise how business is done in the city and will boast a state-of-the-art communications infrastructure and a highly-skilled workforce, with a strong emphasis on Bristol’s world-class ‘green’ and creative sectors.

This high-profile project is the latest in a series of successes for TheAgency which has grown rapidly over the past 12-months, landing four new  accounts December.

Among TheAgency’s clients are Del Monte, BSM, the Environment Agency and Towergate Insurance.
