The SPARKies awards, which are aimed at celebrating the very best of the region’s tech and digital sector, take place this evening at Bath’s to Komedia venue.
The awards are part of Bath Digital Festival, which is now taking place. They were open to companies and individuals based in the city as well as Somerset and Wiltshire.
The awards were launched last year by David Maher Roberts who said: “I am thrilled that we are able to return for a second year – the first event really drew attention to some of the fantastic work that is being carried out in the digital sector.”
The awards have attracted a record number of entries and the awards ceremony promises to be a highly-exciting evening, said Bath Digital Festival.
The SPARKies will be presented by award-winning comedian Jarred Christmas.
