Bath-based housing organisation Curo has started construction work on a collection of family homes in Devizes.

The development in Drew’s Meadow includes two, three and four-bedroom properties, which are being built for sale.

Curo, a not-for-profit housing and support organisation, has a strong track record of building new homes across the West of England, having recently completed 1,000 in four years.

The first homes at Drew’s Meadow are due for completion early next year and reservations already being taken.

Curo sales manager for Drew’s Meadow, Susan Harrison, said: “Interest in these homes has already been high and we’re excited to see work now underway on-site at this fantastic location. We’re really proud of the design of these homes which will offer spacious open-plan living spaces and are being built to a high standard.”

A sales office will be opening at the site in the coming weeks with the first show home ready for viewing later this year.

Curo is a thriving ethical business with a mission to make a positive and profound contribution to the neighbourhoods it works in.
