Three of Bath’s leading female entrepreneurs are to take part in an exclusive business event aimed specifically at women to support The Wessex Cancer Trust charity.

The event at The Bath Spa Hotel on Thursday March 21 will hear from Zita Alves, , runs outdoor fitness program Zest Bootcamp, Jan Lockett of Midsomer Norton-based style consultants House of Colour, and Liz Walton, a massage therapist and coach from Saltford.

The speakers will share the secrets of their success and give women the tools with which they can gain self-confidence and to succeed in their chosen fields.

Between them, the speakers encompass the key areas of health, fitness and self-confidence as well as life coaching, hypnotherapy and making the most of your personal style.

Wessex Cancer Trust area manager Ali Osborne said: “By this time of year many people’s well-meant new year’s resolutions of “get fit, lose weight, join a gym” have fallen by the wayside. So now is an excellent time to revisit and re-set personal goals. We will be looking at what we can realistically achieve and how to feel like a success, not a failure. Zita, Liz and Jan between them can help anyone break free from the cycle of self-doubt – and do it in style. We are immensely lucky to have three such inspirational businesswomen from this area sharing professional advice and helping us on the road to success.

“Very often women can find they are blocking themselves from achieving their full potential, whether in business or in everyday life. This can be either because of a lack of confidence in their abilities, the way they look or feel, or because they need the encouragement of a professional guide or mentor to show them that they do have it within themselves to realise their goals.”

Tickets for the event, which is from 6.30pm to 9pm, are £10 and include light refreshments.  They are available from Ali Osborne on 07786 658 882 or ali@wessexcancer.org

All proceeds will go to support the work of Wessex Cancer Trust – the local cancer care charity offering practical, financial, emotional support for people whose lives have been affected by cancer.

The Trust provides financial grants, two holiday homes, children’s activities, school education programmes, local drop-in centres offering counselling, complementary therapies, befriending and information libraries.
