Warminster-based specialist packaging company Ready Case has acquired a larger base as it continues to expand.

The 35-year-old firm, which makes corrugated cardboard boxes for books, CDs, DVDs and wine bottles and other products, is to move into the former Wylye Valley Foods building on the Woodcock Industrial Estate.

The 13,429 sq ft building, which has accommodation over two floors, including warehouse, offices, ancillary space, locker room and canteen, is close to Ready Case’s existing base on the same industrial estate.

The sale was arranged by property consultants, Alder King whose senior surveyor Alison Williams said: “This unit is ideally located for Ready Case, who are situated close by, and will be undertaking some bespoke refurbishment works to meet their operational requirements.”

Woodcock Industrial Estate, which is close to Warminster town centre, has good access to the A350 which gives it excellent links to the M4 and South Coast.
