Commercial property seminar to be staged by Mowbray Woodwards

Bath-based law firm Mowbray Woodwards is holding a free commercial property breakfast briefing next month aimed at business owners and managers who are thinking about moving or have queries about their existing premises. 

The event at Bailbrook House on November 6 will cover the key property topics ranging from service charges, maintenance and repair to lease renewals.

Mowbray Woodwards’ expert business services team will be on hand to offer practical tips and advice to ensure that the potential pitfalls and expenses of property occupation are minimised as much as possible.

Attendees at the event – called ‘Everything you need to know about occupying commercial premises’ – will also have the opportunity to hear the latest insights from commercial property consultants Alistair Colston and Allan Lloyd of Bath chartered surveyors and commercial property consultants Colston & Colston and from Graham Sterry from Samaritans of Bath and District who will talk about the its experience of moving premises in Bath.
