Curo promotes pedal power to its people by supporting Cycle to Work Day

Staff working at the Bath headquarters of housing association Curo took to two wheels today to get to work as part of Cycle to Work Day.

Those who commuted by bike enjoyed a free breakfast to reward their efforts while cycle experts from Bath homeless charity Julian House’s bike workshop were on hand all day at the Lower Bristol Road office to offer some bicycle TLC.

Staff cycled to the office from as far afield as Nailsea in North Somerset and Hawkesbury in South Gloucestershire.

Curo head of human resources Jane Jones (pictured front, left) arrived at her desk after cycling more than 20 miles using the organisation’s electric bike.

She said: “It’s fantastic that so many Curo colleagues took part in Cycle to Work Day.
