Property consultant Carter Jonas has completed two lettings to Dorothy House Hospice Care which will bring the charity’s support services closer to users in Wiltshire and Somerset.

Dorothy House, which has its head office at Winsley, near Bradford on Avon, is to use Trinity House at Bryer Ash Business Park in Trowbridge and an office on the Bath Road Business Park at Peasedown St John, near Bath, as outreach centres.

The interior of Trinity House is being refurbished to include a café and seating area, quiet room, meeting and therapy rooms and offices. The work is expected to be completed by the end of July.

Finola Ingham, of Carter Jonas, said: “Trinity House has been traditionally occupied by commercial enterprises such as Business Link, GWE and technology firm Erebor so having Dorothy House here in Trowbridge will be a real benefit for people living in and around the area.

“The location is ideal being next to the station and local bus services.”
