Businesses from across the South West are being invited to enter teams for a touch rugby tournament next month in aid of Bath Rugby Foundation.

Hosted by Nine Feet Tall, the Bath-based change management consultancy, in conjunction with Bath Ladies Rugby, the afternoon will offer friendly competition, networking and food and drinks, as well as being a great opportunity for the Foundation to gain more exposure and funding for its work in the community.

The contest takes place on September 7 at Lambridge Rugby Ground. Registration is from 1.15pm and play starts at 2pm prompt. The event will finish at 7pm.

Businesses can enter teams of nine players – six- a-side with three subs. There must be a minimum of four women in each squad, with two women playing at all times.

Entry fee is £250 per team with all proceeds going to Bath Rugby Foundation. The charitable arm of Bath Rugby Club the Foundation was set up to empower young people to succeed. It focuses on the needs of the community, using rugby to improve health, education, employability and inclusion.

Nine Feet Tall, which works with organisations as diverse as Barclays, the NHS and Dixons Carphone, staged the event last year and it was such a success that it has decided to organise it again.

Contact Matthew Regan at Nine Feet Tall at MatthewR@ninefeettall.com for more information or to enter a team.
