Tribe Communications, the Holt-based agency, has appointed four new members of staff as it continues to go from strength to strength.

Martha Hodgson takes on the new position of senior research and insight manager, Carly Hooker and Libby Baggett are strengthening the client services arm of the business as account director and account manager respectively, and Rob Bowen joins as senior creative.

Established in 2009, Tribe has doubled in size year-on-year and now has a team of 14 insight, marketing and communications experts.

Clients include Danone, npower, eBay, Nectar, Boots, OMSCo, NHS, Devon Procurement Partnership and Affinity Sutton Housing.

Managing director Gareth Jones said: “These appointments come as part of our planned growth and on-going commitment to our clients, and we couldn’t be happier to have everyone here as part of the team.

“It was immediately apparent that the new people we appointed were right for Tribe because from the outset, they were an obvious fit with our culture, plus they all have great experience and extremely high standards – something our clients expect as a matter of course.”

Tribe help organisations and their brands benefit from having the right cultural platform, giving equal focus to customers, employees, ways of working and brand communications.
