Property consultancy Carter Jonas’s Bath office has been appointed as joint agents on Hawke Ridge Business Park in West Wiltshire.

The £50m, 35-acre park on the A350 corridor between Trowbridge and Westbury is being developed by Bath-based HPH.

Once complete, it will offer around 500,000 sq ft of multi-use space, including office, industrial and distribution facilities.

Infrastructure work on a new roundabout into the business park is expected to be completed next month and detailed planning applications for around 70,000 sq ft are to be submitted shortly.

Head of Carter Jonas South West industrial team Alison Williams said: “Hawke Ridge Business Park has strong occupier appeal offering bespoke, modern accommodation in an established location, together with excellent infrastructure links and state-of-the-art IT connections.

“The park’s landscaped environment will be of additional appeal to businesses, providing a working environment that is designed to benefit their clients as well as their employees.

“We have already had serious interest in the park, ahead of the first infrastructure phase being completed. Given the strong occupier market and high-quality accommodation delivered on site, we anticipate strong demand over the coming months.”

Carter Jonas joins Alder King as joint agents for the park, which is close to the established West Wilts, Northacre Park and Brook Lane trading estates,
