The House, the Bath-based branding agency, has created promotional material and a brand film for social landlord Curo to support it at the recent MIPIM international real estate event in Cannes.

Curo, one of the largest landlords in the region with more than 12,000 homes across the West, hired The House to help it look for partners and investors to increase and improve its social housing provision.

The House also worked with filmmakers Suited and Booted to create a film to highlight the value of investing in or partnering with an ethical landlord. The film can be seen at www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3AK7SDfoM8

The House has worked with Curo, an ethical business turning over £60m a year, since July 2012 creating all the communication materials for its rebrand from previous name Somer.

The House creative director Steve Fuller said: “These latest projects continue our work to promote Curo as a significant and important contributor to social and housing needs in the South West. They approach their work with real vigour and imagination which makes them a joy to work with.”
