Media: TheAgency recruits planning director to spur further growth

TheAgency, the fast-growing Bath communications specialist, has appointed Matt Rees as planning director. Matt joins from the Bristol office of brand-building, event management, training and PR agency Bray Leino, where he was also planning director.

TheAgency’s first quarter revenue figures showed exponential growth in excess of 300% and partner Amy Stobie said more was to come, adding: “We have a number of new and exciting announcements to make over the coming months.”

TheAgency, now in its fifth year, is regarded as one of the UK’s leading communication outfits, having secured accounts with the AA, Teachers Assurance and, most recently, a global remit with Malta-based online casino heavyweights InterCasino.
