Bath businesses will be able to find out how to create a happy workplace at a special event hosted in the city by the legal and financial planning firm Mogers Drewett.

The event takes place at the Abbey Hotel on North Parade next Wednesday, 20 March – which has been designated International Day of Happiness by the United Nations General Assembly.

Members of Mogers Drewett’s Bath-based HR and employment team will offer tips for creating a happy workplace while also dispelling a few myths about what this means.

The event, which is from 6pm, will also offer the opportunity for businesses to network and make new connections.

Speakers will include Mogers Drewett head of people and performance Ben Morris, pictured, who is also a qualified mental health first aider, and Lucy Cotterell, pictured, a human resources consultant at the firm, whose team provides specialist HR support to its commercial clients.

The event is open to all employers who want to learn how to create a truly happy working environment for all their staff.

Lucy said: “Come along and celebrate International Day of Happiness with us as we share a refreshing vision of people management and a mindful approach to work.”
