IT support firm Systemagic has recruited three new staff to its award-winning team as it continues to grow.

Aaron Crouch joins the Bradford on Avon-based firm as an IT technician after working alongside Systemagic for a number of years. His main focus will be predominantly to support one of Systemagic’s larger clients with all their IT requirements.

With a background in customer service, Jamie Church takes on the role of apprentice helpdesk technician. Jamie will be helping to support Systemagic’s clients, remotely assisting to resolve tickets and ensure their systems are running as they should.

Callum Williams, who has more than three years’ experience, has been appointed  as Systemagic’s first apprentice field technician and will be working on site to assist with routine visits and deal with client queries.

Systemagic managing director James Eades said: “It’s been fantastic to be in a position to offer opportunities to young people during a year where many have found it hard to find employment. It’s great to see our recent new team members Callum, Jamie and Aaron thriving and supporting our customers.”

Systemagic now employs 15 staff providing IT support, cloud computing and connectivity solutions with 30-day rolling contract terms to customers including Norland College, Whatley Manor, Halsall Construction and Bath Cats & Dogs Home.
