A new corporate identity launched by Keynsham-based estate agency and property group Andrews and created by the London office of international branding agency Siegel+Gale has landed a major accolade.

The rebranding was among the winners at the prestigious Transform Awards Europe, which celebrate excellence and innovation in branding across the continent. It collected ‘silver’ in the category for Best Visual Identity from the Property Sector.

The awards were launched by Transform magazine seven years ago to recognise best practice in corporate, product and global brand development work, as well as providing nominated organisations with a platform from which to share stories of how brand work has affected their reputation for the better.

Andrews chief executive David Westgate said: “By entering these awards alongside the team at Siegel+Gale, the Andrews’ brand has been benchmarked against our peers and has proved to have stand out amongst our competitors.

“Working alongside Siegel+Gale was a refreshing experience. They embraced the heritage of Andrews, whilst creating a brand that reflected our commitment to delivering a first-class customer experience.

“This was a truly collaborative process with involvement across the entire Andrews’ business, but it simply wouldn’t have been possible without the Siegel+Gale team. It’s great to now have the brand recognised in this way.”

Andrews, which has branches stretching from Kent, Sussex and Surrey to Bristol and Gloucestershire, was founded by philanthropist and humanitarian Cecil Jackson Cole, who is best known for his role in establishing charities such as Oxfam, Action Aid and Help the Aged.

It marked its 70th anniversary last year by raising £70,000 to kick-start an ambitious, innovative and enduring social housing project aimed at giving young care-leavers a roof over their heads and support in finding work or training.

New York-based Siegel+Gale also has offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dubai, Shanghai and Tokyo.
