Regional law firm Mogers Drewett has boosted its construction & dispute resolution team with the appointment of solicitor Jake Stacey to its Bath office.

Jake, pictured, has more than 10 years’ experience in construction disputes, commercial litigation and property disputes, policyholder insurance disputes and professional negligence claims, having worked in the Bristol office of national law firm DAC Beachcroft.

His arrival in Mogers Drewett’s commercial disputes team strengthens its offering to the regional construction industry while at the same time reinforcing the firm’s wider commercial disputes offer.

Mogers Drewett partner and head of construction & dispute resolution, Maeve England, said: “Jake brings a great deal of experience and specialist knowledge to the team at a crucial time for the firm and the regional construction industry.

“The sector is under a great deal of pressure at the moment and consequently developers, civil engineers and construction companies need the support of a law firm that can understand the issues and the marketplace, and which can work alongside them to resolve the inevitable problems and challenges they face.

“We are delighted to welcome Jake to the team, and pleased that our offer to this challenging market place is even stronger.”
