Andrew Cooper has been working in Bath since 2008 firstly as city centre manager and then, in 2011, being part of the team that established the Bath Business Improvement District (BID), one of 208 BIDS in the UK. A classic car enthusiast, he worked for Boots The Chemist for 13 years before his career in Bath.
