Thing that annoyed you? A slow swimmer in the wrong lane at my local pool

Thing that made you laugh out loud? Last night’s episode of Mock The Week

Piece of good advice you were given? Think carefully when assigning an amount of time to a task as work tends to expand to fill the time available for its completion (Parkinson’s Law).

Dave Powell was born and raised in Greater London. For seven years during his late 20s and early 30s he lived in New Zealand (his wife is a Kiwi), where he qualified as a barrister and solicitor in 2009.  In July 2014 he moved back to the UK with his family and joined Mowbray Woodwards. In June 2015 he was admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales, having qualified under the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme.
