Each week Bath Business News gives a prominent member of the area’s business community the last word on its weekly e-bulletin. This week Jo Cox, operations manager at Taste of Bath, answers our 10 questions.

What was the LAST:

Film you watched: The Banshees of Inisherin at The Little Theatre, Bath, one of my favourite cinemas. This film was a joy to watch. Darkly funny, incredible acting and an amazing landscape. I enjoyed it with a glass of bubbles too – what a great way to start my weekend.

Book you read: I love spending Saturday mornings mooching around Toppings & Co. The last book I read was Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens, and I thoroughly recommend it. Keeps you guessing all the way through!

Music you bought/downloaded: How Could I, Rioghnach Connolly & Honeyfeet. Gritty, loud and fantastic live.

Concert or play you went to see: Into The Woods at Theatre Royal. Such an epic production and incredible cast. Three generations of us went and it wowed us all.

Sporting event you attended: Bath vs Northampton.

Holiday you went on: Marazion Beach in Cornwall. It was the perfect weather for Cornwall this summer.

Restaurant you ate in: Chez Dominique. Delicious French cuisine and fabulous service.

Thing that annoyed you: A badly tied ribbon.

Thing that made you laugh out loud: The news!

Piece of good advice you were given: Change is good. Be flexible and embrace it.

Jo Cox has a background is in project management and coordination but was lucky enough to spend several years living around the world while raising her daughters. She’s been working with Taste of Bath, the online store that connects those wanting to shop local with local food producers, since moving back to the city permanently – in a role that is all about communications and logistics. She likes achieving results and delivering them to a high standard and says it has been so rewarding to be part of Taste of Bath’s growth and development. www.taste-of.co.uk
