Each week Bath Business News gives a prominent member of the city’s business community the last word on our weekly e-bulletin.

This week Liza Hughes, founder, Whynot Coaching, answers our 10 questions.

What was the LAST:

Film you watched? Actually, I’m a bit of a box set fan, and have just started watching season four of House of Cards. Kevin Spacey is brilliant.

Book you read? An Astronaut’s Guide To Life On Earth by Commander Chris Hadfield. Having decided to become an astronaut at the age of nine, you’d be pretty hard pushed not to be inspired by this book. Hadfield is my new super hero!

Music you bought or downloaded? I’ve recently discovered ‘Focus at Will’, which is a brilliant collection of music collated by neuroscientists to help you focus. It seriously works. I’d really recommend it if you want to be more productive especially at work.

Last play or concert you went to? I played my sax in a gig at Christmas time, does that count? Having a seven year old doesn’t make it easy to get out much, but we were lucky to see Michael McIntyre on his Happy and Glorious tour late last year. McIntyre has this ability to make you laugh, without even needing to speak!

Sporting event you attended? Murray v Federer at Wimbledon last year. The atmosphere was amazing.

Holiday you went on? Touring around Sweden and Denmark last summer. The Scandinavians really know how to maximise the outdoors – we’ve got a lot to learn from them.

Restaurant you ate in? Cau, newly opened Argentinian Steak House in Milsom Place. The service is excellent, and you have to try the burgers. They are the best I’ve ever tasted.

Thing that annoyed you? I just wish that we didn’t spend so much time engaged with our iPhones. We all need to look up a bit more and notice what’s really happening around us!

Thing that made you laugh out loud? My seven year old on a regular basis. I love the things that kids come out with. It’s priceless.

Piece of good advice you were given? Don’t sweat the small stuff.
