The invoice finance team at Time Finance has continued to expand with the appointment of Louise Williams’ appointment as business development manager.

Louise, pictured, brings more than 20 years’ sector experience to the Bath-headquartered alternative finance provider.

Having started her career in risk with Lloyds Banking Group, she later moved into sales and worked her way up the ranks to become a regional sales manager.

After 15 years with Lloyds, she moved on to Allianz Trade (formerly Euler Hermes) before taking on a business development role at Manchester-based Praetura Invoice Finance.

At Time Finance Louise will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with her introducer network in the North West of England as well as generating awareness of the firm’s funding services – including asset finance, commercial loans, property finance and vehicle finance as well as from invoice finance.

Louise said: “I’m really excited to be joining Time Finance, which has an excellent reputation for delivering flexible and stable solutions that help businesses grow and prosper. I look forward to working with the team and building on their success.”

Time Finance offers confidential and disclosed facilities ranging from £10,000 to £2.5m, with the added flexibility that their facilities can grow alongside a business.

Invoice finance can relieve pressure on cashflow by releasing up to 90% of the value of unpaid invoices. Business owners can access additional working capital and use the funds to support day-to-day cashflow requirements or support growth.

Time Finance head of sales Andy Hume added: “Louise’s appointment comes at an important time with current economic challenges leaving many firms short of cash and in need of our financial support.

“With a national sales team, we are in a strong position to continue delivering valuable and staple finance solutions to more businesses who are looking to release additional working capital for innovation and growth.

“With Louise’s experience and can-do attitude, I’m confident that she will be a great addition to our team. I’m delighted to have her on board.”

Louise’s appointment is the latest in a series of new hires at Time Finance over recent months, including Steve Nichols stepping up to director of asset finance, while David Nurcombe and Michael Freebury joining the I invoice finance team to bolster its presence in the South West, Wales and the South East.
