Trio of appointments at property agents Carter Jonas in Bath

Property specialist Carter Jonas has appointed three new members of staff to its West valuation team.

Rupert Williams joins as a senior associate and becomes one of four surveyors in the team based at the firm’s Bath office.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Rupert was previously a partner in a general practice surveying firm in Swindon and dealt with commercial property agency, valuation and professional work.

He started his career with the Valuation Office Agency in Bath in 1989, and has worked at various locations including Bristol and Swindon.

Zoe Sheppard joins Carter Jonas as a graduate surveyor from a Cirencester-based estate agent where she was a sales negotiator for three years.

Zoe grew up in Cirencester and studied business management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. She is now finishing a master’s degree in real estate from The College of Estate Management at the University of Reading as a distance learning course.

Bath-born Sera Beaumont, who was educated at Bath’s Ralph Allen School and Bath Spa University, is the valuation team’s commercial administrator.

Sera has worked in Bath, London and Brighton as a secretary and spent three years working overseas for the Diplomatic Service.
