Property agents Carter Jonas’s Bath office has secured three industrial lettings totalling more than 19,000 sq ft as its industrial team continues its successful 2016.
Two of the lettings are on the Dunkirk Business Park at Southwick, near Trowbridge, with the third on the Westfield Trading Estate in Midsomer Norton. 
The deals strengthen Carter Jonas’s Bath industrial team’s position in the market and follow the appointment of Alison Williams, pictured, as associate partner.
Tech company Procol has taken the whole of the 13,600 sq ft Unit E on the Westfield Trading Estate on a 10-year lease off an annual quoting rent of £75,000.
The self-contained site includes a modern detached warehouse with a mezzanine storage area, high-quality office space and parking.
At Dunkirk Business Park, fencing and landscapes firm T Deacon has agreed a five-year lease off a quoting rent of £17,500 for 4,044 sq ft of space, including workshops and offices with a secure yard.
The second deal on the park is with Stockall Precision Sheet Metalwork for a five-year lease on a 1,935 sq ft modern industrial warehouse with a mezzanine and onsite parking off a quoting rent of £14,500.
