Fast-growing Bath-based specialist PR, communications and content agency Clearly has expanded its team further with the appointment of three new staff.

Stephanie Brown has joined as PR account manager, Aino Rantala as digital marketing executive, while Lindsey Purser has become the agency’s new office manager.

Clearly was launched in 2014 by experienced PR and editorial consultant Paul MacKenzie-Cummins and has since grown to become a leading provider of public relations and content marketing to the recruitment, technology and professional services sector.

Over the past year it has achieved growth of 91.3% and, with the latest arrivals, it is determined to continue this upward trajectory in the face of challenging current market conditions.

Stephanie, pictured left, previously spent two years at Marshfield-based PR agency Carnsight Communications, where she worked as an account manager for clients across both the B2B and B2C sectors in a range of industries, including digital marketing, programmatic advertising, recruitment, baby products, nurseries and customer relationship management.

At Clearly she is working in a client-facing role on five accounts, initiating and retaining important media and press relationships.

Stephanie said: “I am over the moon to have joined Clearly. The business works with a fantastic client base, all of which I look forward to building relationships with over the coming weeks. The team are also a wonderful bonus to this new start, they are driven, experienced and, most important of all, brilliantly supportive and welcoming.

Aino, pictured right, has five years’ online and offline marketing experience under her belt and has joined as Clearly’s first digital marketing executive at Cirencester-based specialist business equipment firm Spot On Supplies.

She is working closely with the agency’s creative content executive, creating and implementing innovative social media strategies and email marketing campaigns to continue high client engagement and growth rates through digital means.

Aino said: “It’s incredibly exciting to join the company in a brand-new role. Having the opportunity to spearhead Clearly’s digital offering will open up new doors both for us as a business and for our clients.”

Lindsey, pictured left, previously spent more than eight years in administrative and operations with international companies in countries across the recruitment, investment and insurance sectors. She is helping run daily admin to support the Clearly team, as well as streamlining processes and introducing efficiencies.

MD Paul MacKenzie-Cummins said: “Clearly’s growth has been monumental in the past 12 months and we have no plans on stopping – even through these unprecedented times. The team is now three stronger thanks to the ability to remotely onboard new members using a host of virtual tools. Steph, Aino and Lindsey all bring something new to the team; crucial pieces of the jigsaw puzzle that will only strengthen what we have built up over the past six years.”
