Bath-based brand agency The House has made two new hires to support its continued growth. Oliver Holtaway has joined as head of communications & PR and Georgia Chambers has been appointed as a junior designer.

The House helps enterprises build business strategy, internal culture and brand around a unifying purpose that has a positive impact on society.

Past and present clients include British Gas Solar, social landlord Curo, global sustainable packaging firm Petainer and Special Olympics GB.

Oliver, right, will be responsible for supporting The House’s business development and telling its story as it grows. He previously spent six years working with global PR firm Edelman, and more recently at Bristol-based marketing agency Oxygen.

He has also worked with a social regeneration charity in London and was a financial journalist at London-based Incisive Media.

Georgia, below, is responsible for developing The House’s creative output alongside head of design Sam Dyer. Georgia, a recent graduate of Falmouth University in graphic design, recently completed several work placements in London and Bath.

Business head at The House Graham Massey said “We’re excited to welcome Oliver and Georgia to The House.

“More and more enterprises are coming to us after seeing how a clear purpose can make a real impact in terms of attracting investment, retaining employees and increasing profits. These appointments give us a solid foundation to grow our business in the way we want.”

In 2008, The House gave up 70% of its turnover to refocus its offer on building businesses and brands on purpose. Since then it has achieved strong new business growth and won top European branding awards.
