A design and construction firm that restores, renovates and builds bespoke, premium homes is expanding with two new senior hires.
Dan Kitson and Gino Kent have both joined Beam Development, which operates in Bath and London, as project managers.
Dan, pictured right, who moves from Hertfordshire-based Hawksmoor Construction, brings 13 years’ experience to the position, having worked as a consultant and project manager for consultancy and contractor organisations.
Meanwhile Gino, pictured below, joins Beam after 10 years in fit-out construction, new build, and refurbishment with Leeds-headquartered Korendon Construction.
Beam founder Dan Grimshaw, who lives in Hinton Charterhouse, said: “Both Dan and Gino are highly experienced operators and we are delighted to bring them on board.
