A warehouse has come onto the market, offering expanding businesses the rare chance to buy their own building on a sought-after business park.

The 10,000 sq ft unit on the Bumpers Farm industrial estate in Chippenham, pictured, was most recently used as a fitness centre. It is being marketed jointly by the Swindon office of regional property agents Alder King and London agency Strettons.

Previous occupiers The Gym closed suddenly in June. The owners have now decided to sell the property

Alder King partner James Gregory said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to work with Strettons to dispose of this prominent building.

“There has long been a shortage of good quality clear span buildings not just in Chippenham but across North Wiltshire.

“We are therefore expecting a good level of interest from occupiers who have been looking for alternative property for some time.”

He said the building’s D2 leisure planning would increase its popularity from gym and leisure use operators as well as firms looking to buy their own warehouse.
