A further five solicitors from Bath law firm Withy King have been named as Leaders in their Field in a prestigious legal directory, bringing the number at the firm with this highly sought after accolade to 35.

Leaders in their Field status is awarded by Chambers & Partners UK, the independent guide to the legal profession, and is based on research carried out with clients, referrers and competitors.

The five include Anne Davies, for her family and matrimonial work, Chris Kane for litigation, Helen Childs for personal injury expertise, Holly Mieville-Hawkins for her specialist Court of Protection work particularly in relation to property and financial affairs, and James McNeile for private client services.

Withy King managing partner Graham Street said: “We are extremely proud of all our solicitors who have maintained their Leaders in their Field status and to the five new members of our team who have joined their ranks.

“This provides further endorsement of the quality of the firm’s work and its ongoing commitment to its people and the clients we serve.”

Further commentary and ranking positions will not be disclosed by Chambers until October when its annual guide is published.

Withy King consistently achieves top rankings in the Chambers & Partners UK guide and rival publication the Legal 500, as well the Lex 100 guide to the law compiled by trainees. Earlier this year, the firm was ranked in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to work for.
