Commercial property solicitor Andrew Johnson has joined law firm Withy King’s 26-strong commercial property team, now one of the largest in the South West.
Andrew, pictured, has expertise in high-value healthcare property developments. Based in Withy King’s Bath office, he joins from Bristol firm Bevan Brittan. 
His extensive healthcare property experience includes advising NHS trusts on Public Private Partnership developments. Andrew’s clients also include local authorities, who he advises on a wide range of issues, including library and leisure centre outsourcing arrangements and housing associations.
Andrew is well versed in all types of commercial property transactions including property development, acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant work.
