More than 200 people attended law firm Withy King’s annual ‘meet the team’ event in Bath when, along with enjoying champagne and canapés, they heard a brief overview of its recent achievements.

Managing partner Graham Street outlined the firm’s success in becoming one of The Sunday Times’ Top 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For, gaining a two-star ‘outstanding’ accreditation for the second year running.

The gathering also heard from Caroline Duckworth, chief executive of Quartet Community Foundation, which has close links with Withy King.

The Foundation sets up charitable funds on behalf of individuals and businesses, such as Withy King, matching them with relevant and worthwhile beneficiaries, many of which are little known and have very few resources.

Professional jazz and lounge singer Katie Francesca entertained guests at the event, withy King’s annual way of saying ‘thank you’ to its loyal clients and contacts. This year it was staged in Bath’s Brasserie Blanc.

Withy King is Bath’s largest law firm employing 172 people at its offices in Northumberland Buildings, Queen Square, and Midland Bridge House.
