The way leaders can navigate the challenges brought in by the start of the new year will be explored at an event in Bath next week.
Speakers Sarah Williment from Farleigh Performance, the leadership coaching arm of Bath Rugby, and Bath healthtech firm director Mayden Alison Sturgess-Durden will also look at how leaders can respond to these challenges while creating the conditions to enable the people they lead to deliver high performance.
Your Leadership Future in 2025 takes place at Newark Works next Tuesday, 21 January, from 5:30pm and will be a highly participative session followed by networking and drinks with fellow Bath professionals.
It is staged by Bath Unlimited, the organisation that celebrates the city’s most dynamic, successful, world-class companies and their talented employees, in partnership with Bath Bridge, the community interest company that brings together a wide range of knowledge, skills and experience to boost the city as a place with a dynamic and inventive future.
The fifth in Bath Unlimited’s series of leadership development and network events, it is open to all, including Bath Future Talent Programme alumni.
